Depending on what culture you’re from, how you make decisions, build trust, or give feedback can be completely different from your co-workers, employees or managers.

Spearheaded by Erin Meyer at INSEAD in her book THE CULTURE MAP, there now exists a system to decode communication differences and nuances which exist in every facet of global companies, often creating challenges and even (expensive) problems.

Our improv-bsaed program is a fun, interactive, and dynamic way to explore the variety of global communication styles that exist within different cultures—like direct versus indirect feedback, hierarchical versus egalitarian dynamics, and low-context versus high-context communication.

Through improv exercises and engaging educational tools, teams gain hands-on experience in understanding and bridging these cultural differences for clearer interactions, deeper trust, and increased collaboration.
